Haskell Foundation Partnership
We are pleased to partner with the Haskell Foundation to promote the development of Haskell, a flagship language breaking new ground in both software engineering and computer science.
Tweag has a long tradition of engineering in functional programming, with iconic projects like GHC Wasm backend, Linear Haskell, rules_haskell, ormolu, and inline-r; large contributions to the Cardano ecosystem; and regular contributions to developer tools like Cabal, GHC, and Liquid Haskell.
We are also early supporters of Nix and Bazel, technologies that bring functional programming concepts to the realm of system management and software build infrastructure.

Open Source Commitments
Haskell Foundation’s activities are vital to maintain community-wide infrastructure and coordinate efforts related to open source. To support the community, when working with us, clients can choose to support the Haskell Foundation with a fraction of the contract price.
In addition to funding the Haskell Foundation, working with Tweag also supports our open source work on projects such as the GHC Wasm backend, Liquid Haskell, and Linear Types. Of course, we are always open to proposals to work directly on these projects!
